JCPs are very important documents to any industry/organization and will be the basis of all development/training plans.

Assessment Standards- Customised
The current assessment standards used by many industries are very generic and will be effective only if customized for each and every process and equipment. TraceZ offers to provide customized Assessment Standards for all Oil & Gas industries in line with IVQ/ NVQ/ SVQ standards.
Re- Assessment & Assurance/ Certification.
Capability Assessment and certification is the final stage of a competency development process. The group of assessors from TraceZ will carry out formal assessment using customized assessment standards.
Training & Competence Development for New Projects
Training & Development for new projects (green fields) is entirely different from that for existing (brown field) projects.
